Vintage & Brocante in the Provence
Frankrijk is gekend om haar vintage & brocante. Je vindt er vele handelaren die hun waren op diverse plekken aanbieden; online, hun eigen winkels en op brocante markten.
Provence is located in the south-east of France and is a true hub for brocante. In the summer, you can find daily brocante markets there. They usually start early. Around six in the morning, the traders start to let out their goods and display them in the rising sun. The real fanatic buyers make sure they are there early. However, throughout the day there is a pleasant coming and going of people.
In the bright sunshine, people rummage between blankets and market stalls. Traders chat while enjoying a snack and a drink, dogs lie on their blanket in the shade. Life slows down. Would you like to join us on a Vintage & Brocante trip to Provence?
Vintage & Brocante retreat in the Provence
In addition to renting out our own Lovenests, I also like to rummage around the brocante markets in the Var region. Looking for that one perfect item for a Lovenest. But, soon the collection becomes too big. Or the space too small.
To thin out my collection and to share my love for French brocante & vintage, I am organizing Vintage & Brocante retreats to the Provence.
A 3, 4 or 5 day trip to Provence where you will visit various brocante markets & shops.

The program is tailored as much as possible to the wishes of the participants. Below are some starting points.
Duration: 3-, 4- 0r 5 days, current dates can be found here
Participants: minimum 3 – maximum 4.
Including:
- Shared accommodation in Tourtour (Provence) - You'll stay in La Charmante
- Transportation during the trip
- Breakfast, lunch & dinner
- Travel guidance
- Support in French language
In consultation, we can pick you up from the train station (Les Arcs) or the airport (Marseille, Toulon or Nice). In addition, we can arrange transport to your home address for purchased goods.
The program of the Vintage & Brocante trip is coordinated with the participants as much as possible. For example, there is the possibility to be one of the first at the brocante markets, or to wake up nice and quietly and then go on your way.
