Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor, this bedroom features a double bed (140x200 cm). The comfortable bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom. There is also an outdoor terrace.
Bedroom 2 is located on a mezzanine and is equipped with a double bed of 160×200 cm, air conditioning and a TV. French doors give access to a terrace. Adjacent to this bedroom is the bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a double sink.
Bedroom 3 is located next to the living room, this bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds, each 90x200 cm. Double doors from the bedroom open onto the terrace.

Bergerie Beau Soleil is an oasis of tranquility on a private 6,500 m² plot spread over several levels. The house and surrounding grounds are completely hidden from view. The garden at Bergerie Beau Soleil in Tourtour features a beautiful swimming pool and a pétanque court. The plantings are typically Provençal, with lavender, olive trees, and rosemary.
On the south side of the house is the 9 x 4 meter swimming pool with a maximum depth of 1.60 meters. The pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace with several shady spots. The pool is equipped with an alarm.
The grounds feature several terraces furnished with garden benches, chairs, tables, and a lounge area. A plancha grill is available for delicious barbecue evenings. From the terraces, you can enjoy the most breathtaking sunsets. The views over the surrounding hills and fields are practically endless.
Additional information
Bergerie Beau Soleil is easily accessible from Tourtour. After passing through the gate, you reach the house via a 250-meter paved driveway. Several parking spaces are available on the property.
Bergerie Beau Soleil has a fiber optic connection, and Wi-Fi is available in both the house and the garden. A maximum of two dogs are allowed. The entire property is fenced with electric fencing.
The home has several different levels. Adjustments have been made here to make the home accessible to people with limited mobility.

Tourtour is bustling with life. There are several restaurants, charming shops, and weekly Provençal markets.
During the summer, the square regularly hosts live music performances, pottery markets, brocante markets and other festivities.
In the surrounding area, you'll find several idyllic villages, the Lac de Sainte Croix (30 min.), and the Gorges du Verdon (40 min.). To the south lie the seaside resorts of Saint Raphaël, Saint Tropez, and Sainte Maxime (approx. 60 min.).
